Have you been diagnosed with, or are you experiencing, Generalised Anxiety Disorder?
Do you often feel anxious, fearful or stressed? Do you experience phobias (fear of flying, for example)?
Have you been told that anxiety is an illness, disease or a disorder that cannot be dealt with – and that you will just have to live with and cope with it?
Have you been given techniques to cope or manage the situation?
Have you tried therapies but they haven't worked? Is living with anxiety or panic attacks stopping you living your life the way you want to?
What if I were to tell you that there’s another way?
There’s a solution which I believe can free you from anxiety, giving you the freedom to live your life to the full again.
If you often feel anxious, fearful and stressed it might reassure you to know that it’s not just you. Millions of people worldwide are experiencing similar symptoms. Sometimes fighting anxiety can seem like a losing battle where you feel alone, helpless and, in extreme cases, fighting for your life.
However, not all assessments of anxiety are accurate, and not all of today’s favoured treatments address the root causes of anxiety.
Do you suffer from any of these symptoms?
- Feeling sick, dry mouth, shaking or palpitations
- Legs turning to jelly or tingling in your hands, lips or feet
- Hyperventilation, an increase in your breathing rate, or feeling dizzy
- Difficulty in breathing and a tightening of the chest area
- Hot flushes and increased or heavy sweating
- Increased heart rate, increased muscle tension or the need to lie down
The most common behavioural symptoms are avoiding people, situations or circumstances that would normally make you feel anxious. Although this serves as a short-term solution, anxiety will return the next time you are in that situation, event or environment. Trying to live with anxiety, or taking medication to manage it, does not consider the reasons why you feel anxious to the point that it controls your life.
