Even though the unknown can feel scary, making a change can lead to greater happiness, healthier behaviours, and a more fulfilling and prosperous future. It’s an essential step towards breaking free from patterns, people and circumstances that no longer serve you and finding peace.

2. Lack of Trust
Perception: People with mental health struggles or negative behaviours may have experienced failures in the past when seeking help, or they may have encountered unhelpful solutions and a vast array of misinformation. As a result, they may lose trust in therapists, doctors, or methods that claim to heal or alleviate their struggles. They may be sceptical about the efficacy of any solutions, particularly if they’ve been let down before.

Reality: While past experiences may have led to disappointment, trusting a well-researched solution with evidence and proof can be transformative.
